Description
PENTHOUSE WITH TERRACE IN THE CITY CENTER
You wake up in the morning and, without thinking too much about it, step out onto the terrace with a coffee in your hand. Yes, that terrace. The east-facing one, where the sun comes in gently, unhurried, as if it also knows you’re in a penthouse right in the center of Girona and there’s no need to rush.
Then you remember: you’re just a 5-minute walk from the high-speed train station and 3 minutes from the shopping center. But, interestingly, you’re in no hurry to go anywhere.
You go back inside. The kitchen is right there—practical, well laid out, with no unnecessary complications (just as it should be). And the rest of the home… flows. Two double bedrooms that don’t force you to juggle space, a spacious bathroom with a shower you’ll actually enjoy using, and a living-dining room where, honestly, you’ll end up spending more time than you planned.
Mostly because of the other terrace.
You step out in the afternoon. This time, facing west. And that’s when you understand the “problem”: the sunsets. The kind that make you cancel plans without feeling guilty. More than 20 m² just for you, for your spontaneous dinners, for that “just a quick moment outside” that always stretches longer. Open views of the city and the mountains, with no nosy buildings in between. A small everyday luxury that, if you think about it too much, might feel excessive… until you try it.
Natural gas heating, air conditioning in the living room—everything in its place. Everything easy.
And then it hits you: apartments like this don’t come up anymore. Or they do—and disappear before you even have time to react.
But hey, it’s up to you. Maybe you’d rather keep looking for something “similar.” Although you already know how that usually ends.
